Webinar: The Story of "Who" You Are as a Leader 

The story of "who" you are as a leader --- both in the story that you tell and the story that others tell about you --- can greatly impact your performance as a leader. Thinking about the stories you tell about yourself through your behavior, how you frame your "origin story" to others, and what you highlight as you perform as a leader say a lot about who you are and what you value, intentionally or not. As such, this talk highlights ways to understand your narrative and the narrative that others may have, how to shape it to make it more aligned to what you might want the story to be, and how to use narrative and stories to be more effective as a leader. Practical tips and techniques to use and shape narrative to improve your leadership will be presented, with an emphasis on "how-to" and interpretation by others.
